Welbeck Land have met with the Tollesbury Parish Council and informed them that they intend to submit another application for 159 homes to the north of West St, Tollesbury in March. The Parish Council informed Welbeck that the recent Housing Needs Survey of Tollesbury indicated that only 50 houses were required. Nothing from Obsidian or Gladman yet...but most likely to follow.
