Tollesbury now has 4 current planning applications with Maldon District Council, totaling 532 houses. That’s a whopping 50% increase in the size of our village if all go through.
If you don’t agree with this then you need lodge a comment with Maldon District Council and HART are here to help you do just that.
The 4 applications are:
Welbeck, 159 houses on land to the north of West St. You may have submitted a letter for this, over 700 of you already have, but it still hasn’t been decided on by Maldon District Council, you can still comment if you haven’t already done so.
Obsidian, 200 houses on land to the south of West St, you can still comment if you haven’t already done so.
Gladman, 149 houses on land behind Mell Road, you can still comment if you haven’t already done so.
Stanfords, 24 houses on land on North Road, please comment by 23rd April.
