Obsidian have submitted another planning application for the farmland to rear of Mell Road. This comprises of 149 homes.
Maldon District Council has validated and registered it, the reference is 26/00066/OUTM, and we can now lodge any comments. There has been lots of information to digest again and HART have been busy reading the dozens of documents uploaded so far. West St north (Welbeck) 2025
Welbeck submitted their REVISED planning application on 4th April 2025. This application relates to the land to the north of West Street and comprises of 159 homes.

Closing date for any comments on the MDC website was 16th July 2025, however, this application is still to be determined by MDC, so if you haven’t commented yet please do now, you still have time.
