A petition has been setup by our MP, Dame Priti Patel, to show that you are concerned about the level of development being proposed for Tollesbury and the impact it will have on the village.
This petition will be presented to Maldon District Council and the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government.
There is also a debate on the House of Commons on Thursday 16th July @ 1:30pm relating to the increased house building targets and the new National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF). On Friday 17th July HART chair, Andrew Gilbert, will be meeting dame Priti Patel to discuss protecting Tollesbury from speculative developers.
