On Wednesday 5th August Maldon District Council are due to determine the 159 house development by Welbeck on the farmland to the north of West St, Tollesbury. Please attend the Special Council Meeting at Maldon Council Offices in Princes Rd if you can. The meeting is due to start at 7:30pm, room in the council chamber is restricted but there will be other areas in the council offices where a live feed will be shown.
We have just heard that Gladman have gone straight to appeal for their proposal for 149 houses off Mell Rd, Tollesbury, due to non-determination. As soon as we hear more I will let you know.
