The Go-Ahead Group have changed their proposal for development yet again. Their new proposal is:
- 4 two bedroom properties
- 3 three bedroom properties
- 2 four + bedroom properties
- with 30 car parking spaces
This means by reducing the total number of properties below 10 they no longer are required to provide 40% of the development as ‘affordable’ homes.
At the recent Tollesbury Parish Council meeting where the developers listened to the what was needed in the village from the Parish Council members and villagers, they now seem to have ignored the request for affordable two bedroom properties.
