GLADMAN DIDN’T APPEAL!

We made it! Gladman chose not to lodge an appeal, and the deadline has now passed.

Well done Team Tollesbury – the whopping 1531 objections that we submitted last year really paid off.

We’d like to say a huge thank you to everyone who has contributed, whether through donations or pledges; attending or running an event; having a collection tin on your shop counter – or to those who manage the village’s venues, for hosting us so obligingly. It’s been a real team effort, and we thank you most sincerely.

SO HART WILL CONTINUE?

Yes, because Gladman may well submit a revised planning application for the Mell Road site; and because another agent – Obsidian – has now signed a deal to “promote” 44 acres of land in Tollesbury. No details yet, but they will surely follow… and then we’ll provide more information here.
